Dear Parishioner
When I heard recently that Deputy Phil
Rondel was to step down from political life, I, like so many of you felt that
the departure of such a hardworking politician was a sorry loss. However, this has opened up an opportunity
for a strongly contested election for Deputy of St John from a wide cross
section of the community. I feel that I have the experience and the qualities
to offer myself as a candidate for the vacant post of Deputy of St John.
We are fortunate to live in a beautiful
rural parish and if elected, I would strive hard to keep it that way for
generations to come. If you elect me it will be my intention to be a strong
voice in the States, first and foremost
for you, the people of St John, and always with the best interests of the people of Jersey at heart.
I look forward to meeting as many of you as
possible during the run up to the
elections.
I sincerely believe that I have the right
mix of youthful energy, hard won experience and outright commitment to serve St John with the
quality of representation that you are entitled to expect. Please give me the opportunity by voting for
Andrew Lewis on 23rd November.
